Welcome to HeroInk™. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

HeroInk™ creates custom digital artwork and optional printed posters based on the photo(s) you provide. We use a combination of artistic techniques and digital tools to produce a unique comic-style illustration for personal enjoyment.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All final artworks are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • HeroInk™ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel, DC, or any other comic publisher. Our designs are original and inspired by comic book art styles, but do not use protected characters, logos, or trademarks.

  • You may share your purchased artwork online for personal purposes (e.g., social media), but you may not sell, license, or distribute it commercially without our permission.

3. Photo Submission Guidelines

  • You must own the rights to any photo you submit, or have permission from the person(s) in the photo.

  • By uploading, you grant HeroInk™ the right to use your submitted image solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned artwork.

  • We reserve the right to reject any image that contains illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

4. Delivery Times

  • Digital artworks are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after payment and receiving your photo.

  • Printed posters (if selected) will be shipped via our printing partner and may require additional time depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer 1 free revision for digital artworks if you are not fully satisfied with the initial preview.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final unless the product is defective or we fail to deliver.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • We are unable to complete your order.

    • The artwork is not delivered within 14 days (digital) or 30 days (print) without communication from us.

  • Because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with artistic style.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • HeroInk™ is not responsible for:

    • Printing errors caused by user-submitted low-quality photos.

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

    • Any misuse of the artwork by the customer.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your order (name, email, photo).

  • Your uploaded images are stored securely and deleted from our servers within 30 days after order completion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
