Refund Policy

Because each HeroInk™ artwork is custom-made, all sales are final. Please review our policy before ordering.
1. No Refunds for Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun, except in cases of significant defect or error.
2. Revisions
We offer 1 free revision for digital orders to ensure you are happy with your artwork. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your physical print arrives damaged or with a significant error:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage or defect.

We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Late or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed due to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier.
5. Digital File Delivery
Once a digital file is sent to your email, we cannot issue a refund, unless there is a confirmed technical issue preventing you from accessing the file.
